Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Skello to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Harass, threaten, or exploit any person, including minors.
• Upload malware, run scrapers, or attempt to breach our systems.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Send unsolicited marketing, chain messages, or spam through family invitations.
• Generate content that sexualizes minors, incites violence, or promotes self-harm.
• Circumvent credit metering, rate limits, or access controls.

Do not use Dr. Skello or other AI features to produce disallowed content, to make consequential medical/legal/financial decisions without professional review, or to create deceptive material impersonating real people.

Family members under 13 must always be managed by a parent or guardian. Do not share the child's Skello access with anyone outside the household. Report any concern to [email protected].

We welcome responsible disclosure. Test only against accounts you own, avoid actions that could degrade the Service, and email [email protected] before making anything public.

Depending on severity we may warn you, throttle features, suspend your account, or terminate it. Where illegal activity is involved, we will cooperate with law enforcement.

Report suspected violations to [email protected]. Please include screenshots, URLs, and the accounts involved so we can act quickly.
