1. EU/UK right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and the UK have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. This right does not apply to credits that have already been consumed — you will be refunded pro-rata for the unused balance.
2. Unused credits
Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund for any credits you have not yet spent. After 30 days, unused credits remain valid for 24 months but are non-refundable.
3. Consumed credits
Credits already spent on AI actions (Dr. Skello responses, trip itineraries, deep chats, etc.) are non-refundable, because the underlying compute cost has been incurred.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- the email address on your account,
- the order reference from your confirmation email,
- a short reason (optional but appreciated).
We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
5. Bank transfer purchases
If you paid by bank transfer and the payment has not yet arrived in our account, we can simply cancel the pending order at no cost. Once the transfer has cleared, refunds are returned to the same account, minus any bank fees imposed by intermediary banks.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we will almost always resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Promotional & bonus credits
Credits granted through promo codes, referrals, or welcome bonuses have no cash value and are not refundable.
