1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a Skello account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions of family members you invite. Use a strong password of at least 8 characters and keep your credentials confidential.
2. Credits & billing
Skello is priced in prepaid AI credits. The base price is €0.10 per credit. Bulk discounts are shown at checkout. Credits are consumed when you unlock premium AI actions inside the app.
Payments are currently accepted via bank transfer. Card, PayPal, and Stripe options will be enabled soon and are governed by the same terms. Credits do not expire for 24 months from purchase.
3. License to use Skello
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Skello for personal, non-commercial family use. All intellectual property in the Service remains with Skello Family, Inc.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you and your family put into Skello (events, tasks, notes, documents, chats). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to deliver the Service to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
6. AI output disclaimer
Dr. Skello and other AI features produce suggestions, not professional advice. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or educational professionals. Always exercise your own judgment before acting on AI output.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal reasons. On termination, we will delete your data per the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skello's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to conflicts of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dublin, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
